Shepherd Lincoln Mercury has been serving the Richmond and surrounding communities for 63 years. We have established ourselves as a hometown dealership that cares about our customers.
We have received the President's Award for customer satisfaction from Ford Motor Company. We are the only Lincoln Mercury dealership in the nation to have received this award for ten consecutive years, fourteen years total. This award is presented to dealerships based upon the feedback that our customers provide directly to Ford Motor Company.
